Make THE SWITCH with me an learn how to cook healthier, more plant-based. Make the mind switch to instead of putting a meal together from the piece of meat or fish and side dishes, to opening your vegetable drawer in your fridge and deciding what meal you fancy, with what protein. You don´t have to give up eating meat or dairy completely, but you will learn to look from a different angle when you create a meal. You will become much more creative with veggies and legumes, and will learn how to get delicious deep tastes while not needing all that much animal proteins. You will see that it’s easy and fun and it will open the doors to a new and fascinating world, while becoming accustomed to more plant-based cooking.
Your aspiration might be to eat healthier, to become in better shape. Your aspiration might be to adjust your diet in order to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions you provoke with it. The fun is that you will do both at the same time. I would say:
